It depends on what you're trying to find. We default to multi-sensor surveys — thermal, acoustic, EM and moisture — so the operator can sequence methods based on what each one reveals. Single-method bookings are also available when the scope is clear.
We design around your hours. Most commercial scans happen after-hours or in quiet windows. Some methods (acoustic, thermal) prefer occupied buildings because of the thermal/pressure differentials.
